Dr Rashi Malesu is a specialist Procedural and Laser Dermatologist, and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

She completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle, followed by a Master of Epidemiology and a Master of Philosophy at the University of Sydney, where her research focused on the role of nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) in skin cancer and melanoma prevention.

During dermatology training, she worked across major centres including Royal North Shore, Royal Prince Alfred, St Vincent’s Hospital and John Hunter. Dr Malesu has published in leading dermatology journals, presented at national and international conferences, and received multiple awards including the F&E Bauer Foundation Prize and international travel scholarships.

Her subspecialty interests include the medical, procedural and laser management of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, melasma, pigmentary disorders, and precancerous skin lesions. She also provides hyperhidrosis treatment, cosmetic dermatology (injectables and laser rejuvenation), and comprehensive medical and surgical management of skin cancers, including melanoma.

She is known for delivering evidence-based, personalised care with a holistic approach.
